The Most Difficult Problem Facing the Country is Not Mentioned by any Presidential Campaign: Two Economies Operate from a Single Tax Base and Gross Domestic Product

1. Tyrant Economy: Closed Loop Loots Free Market then Illegally Holds Trillions in Cash Reserves

2. We the People Economy: Regulated Free Market Funding both Economies and Operating at a Loss

The Essential Problem: Documents and Leadership (What I Will Do to Solve the Main Issues)

The Bait and the Switch, the Outcome and the Fix

The Bait: We the People are essentially an Honorable Mention in the Preamble. The Founding Fathers, many slave holders, realized that in order to establish a society and government by breaking free of a tyrant, knowing full well that without slavery they themselves would not have reached societal prominence, saw the need for retaining some higher authority having separated themselves understandably as leaders in order to “form a more perfect Union”.

The Switch: 248 years later, We the People has lost it authority to the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches that have all but thrown in the towel on a Consenting Governed Authority. The honor of oath of office is instead seen as a golden ticket for perfecting the union of big commerce and government by grand collusion.

The Outcome: We the People have been dishonored and very evidently, looted. We can see where the hard earned money we earned for this more perfect union has gone; so the bait of Public Trust is no longer effective in the mouths of an increasingly arrogant leadership. Despite our current wealth gap issue, the proof we have a better government is still in the tremendous wealth we generated. So hold on, not all government is bad, not all citizens criminals, in fact most is still very good, so how to fix the wealth gap?

The Fix: For starters, a 28th Amendment draft that moves We the People from the Preamble to the 1st Branch of Government is the needed document. Just as the original US Constitution was a written Declaration serving to identify We the People as having authority over a Tyrant King, of our uprising against tyranny, so also a document is needed. The triumph of a We the People generated 28th Amendment draft worked into a bill and signed into law, and the peaceful reversal of the looting and a return to the intended expectations of the consenting governed is essential to prevent any further chaos. The language must make it clear that outcomes of tyranny such as a wealth gap, rising crime rates and openly defying oath to take gifts and other blatantly dishonorable behavior by leadership is obviously not the outcome of a consenting governed authority.

Character of Leadership and Character of People: Restoration of Public Trust through Projects

To save face, investments into the people must be made, and a restoration of authority and financial power the reparations proved by ownership of land and operation of commercial enterprise by the majority of the people. My leadership provides a restoration of agency to We the People through bill writing projects, business models, worker to owner projects and the facilitation through ethical best practices using design build to address the immediate need of free markets.

The Focus of Leadership has Gone from Growth and Development to Looting by Subsidy and Financial Terrorism

The Cost to devise means to loot the public is much greater than the investment to reestablish the economic value chain. My projects will generate more money in four years than all the money gained by looting, trafficking and war in the past 30 years. How? Through serving the global free markets, reestablishing public trust and eliminating tyranny and financial terrorism specifically.
